VIETMD CLINIC MISSION
The mission of VietMD Clinic is to provide free medical care for those who are uninsured, underinsured, and especially those who do not have access to medical care because of the language barrier. We provide primarily non-emergency maintenance care of chronic illness, preventative screenings, referrals to specialists as needed provide lab testing, and provide benefits counseling.
The purpose is limited to those activities that are permissible for a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization as specified by the Internal Revenue Code.
VietMD Clinic was founded in 2015 through the help of dedicated staffs, volunteers, and Our Lady of Grace Parish.

VietMD Free Clinic is a part of Free Clinic of Michigan (FCOM) Network.

VietMD providers' malpractice insurance are covered under Federal Tort Claims Act (FTAC). VietMD Clinic ID is FC0328. Under this law, VietMD Clinic Staff are considered federal employees for professional malpractice insurance.

VietMD Lab is certified as a waiver by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) CLIA (Lab ID# 23D2108363). The lab is processed by Detroit BioMed Lab in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Nhi Tran is also VietMD Vice-President and co-founder of VietMD Clinic. She is also the president of the National Student Pharmacy Association
Wynn Huynh Tran

Clinic Director
Dr. Wynn Huynh Tran is VietMD CEO/Founder. Dr. Tran is an Rheumatologist/Dermatologist. He trained in the US for Internal Medicine/Rheumatology and UK for Dermatology. His expertise are skin/joint issues and medical imaging such as ultrasound and MRI. Dr. Tran is licensed to practice medicine in California, Michigan, and Florida.

Director of Pharmacy
Dr. Long To is board certified clinical pharmacist in cardiovascular medicine. He is also the program director at Henry Ford Hospital Pharmacotherapy Pharmacy Residency Program in Detroit, Michigan

Dr. Dang is an Intensivist/Pulmonologist. His expertise are general internal medicine and sleep related medical problems. He is also a licensed pharmacist. Dr. Dang is licensed to practice medicine in Michigan.
