1. VietMD.Net History VietMD.Net was founded in 2007 as www.vmgus.org by a group of American MD students and residents to help Vietnamese doctors learning USMLE and US residency. VMGUS forum was established shortly after that. In 2010, VMGUS officially changed its name to VietMD.Net to widen its goals and missions to teach Medical English, USMLE, and Research for Vietnamese doctors. In 2011, VietMD.Net affiliated with the University Medical Center, University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Hochiminh City, Vietnam to train Medical English for UMC staff doctors. 2.
